21 Day Meditation Challenge

21 Day Meditation Challenge

The hugely popular & successful meditation challenge ‘Why Wait, Let’s Meditate’ is back this January. It was was first created by Gillian in 2018, when she felt strongly guided to create a space for people to develop a daily self-care habit. Through her work as a Health & Wellness Coach, Gillian finds that often we put self care to one side & give energy to fears, stress, overwhelm & self-doubt. By learning to SIT, RELAX & BREATHE, we can learn to be present, to slow down our thoughts, to observe & to let go.

This January, give yourself a New Year’s gift of becoming present

Challenge suitable for all levels

Day 1 – Day 3 we commit to 3 minutes
Day 4- Day 7 we commit to 5 minutes
Day 8 -Day 14 we commit to 7 minutes
Day 15 – 21 we commit to 10 minutes

Upon signing up you will be added to a private Facebook group. We will have a private zoom on Wednesday 6th January to discuss how to get you started. Each day you will receive an email to your inbox with instructions and a recording. You will chose the time and location for your meditation. Gillian will be sharing tips and videos throughout the 21days and encouraging the group to share and support each other on their journey.
