I work with clients on an individual basis, via Skype or Zoom and build a wellness plan tailored to their specific set of goals and needs.
Introductory Session
In this 90 minute introductory session, we will spend time getting to know and understand your current situation. We will work together to gain clarity on what you want and what has been holding you back from achieving it. Through a series of coaching tools, we will become clear on the area of your life you want to start to change, you will hold of vision of what that change looks like and then agree to put actions into place and work towards achieving it.
Single Session
In this 60 minute, the client sets the agenda and they decide what they want to walk away from the session with i.e.
Three Sessions
Committing to change can take time, support and accountability. I offer clients the option to buy 3 sessions up front as a way for them to commit to change and save money in the process. Over the 3 sessions we will work together on:
Six Sessions
Coaching is a TRANSFORMATION tool and by partnering with me as your Coach, I will facilitate this process of transformation. Change starts with a thought, usually we want some form of change when we are experiencing something we don’t want i.e. stress, poor health, relationship problems or lack of financial security. By becoming clear about what we don’t want it allows us to become clearer about what we do want. So what do we do then? In comes YOUR Coach, I will help you to become aware of what you do want by helping you become more clear on your thoughts, your beliefs, your actions and your energy and most importantly what is blocking you. In these 6 sessions we will work together to align your energy to your goals we allow for success and abundance to flow.
